Ntokozo & Buhle’s Wild Session Busted!

Friday’s episode of Gomora came with one of the telenovela’s funniest and most explosive moments so far!

And after we’d whined about Langa’s bizarre storyline last week, the latest cliffhanger was a good one to remind us why the South African telenovela is one of the most entertaining South African TV Shows right now.

Ntokozo had very meticulously planned his romantic escapade with Buhle at his home.

Using the money Zodwa gave to Teddy for a demo recording session, the teenager was able to find a good deal to book his parents on a nice self-care spa and dinner away. With Melusi and Gladys away, it cleared the house for Ntokzin to invite Buhle over for a heated romp.

Gomora Buhle and Ntokozo

Teddy was the wingman who played position 5. With a bit of digging around, we now understand that position 5 in soccer refers to the role played by a ‘sweeper’, who is positioned between a goalkeeper and the main defense line. Not one to shirk his duties, Teddy was able to get Zodwa to knock off early, fetch Buhle over to the house and remain in charge of keeping the coast clear.

What Ntokozo’s plan lacked, we later found out, was a plan B to cover the situation should things not go as planned.

Not long after he and Buhle had locked themselves in his bedroom for what was meant to be a steamy sesh, Thathi shows up unannounced! Standing at the door with a cake and a smile, poor Teddy knew the whole plan was screwed.

Ntokozo could have known that Thathi had planned an unannounced visit as a mind game to threaten Mohato. If Mohato can show up at her mother’s house with her son as a warning, she could return the favour and outplay him.

So now we have Buhle’s mother sitting awkwardly with the game’s sweeper, who must do whatever it takes to stop Thathi from finding out what is going on.

Unfortunately for him, before he could execute any move to dismantle the potential bomb, Melusi and Gladys walked in. After their spa sessions, the two had decided they’d rather come back and finish dinner at home! That too, was the furthest thing Ntokozo had consider in his plan.

Not long after that, Mohato walks in to find Thathi there. Now he must keep his cool and act like he had really invited her over. Gladys, who is sometimes too within other planets in her head sometimes, concluded in her mind that the two were dating. We didn’t mind the naivety, it helped her welcome Thathi. As if that’s good enough reason to dine with your husband’s high school love, who he’s barely gotten over.

What happened next is something that will sure shake up dynamics for weeks to come on the Mzansi Magic telenovela. To cut a long story short, Ntokozo and Buhle were busted making out in one hell of an intimate embrace. R&B blasting in the background, a romantic set up and all of that.

Gladys was mortified! And things ended in that moment, before we could see Melusi lose it. And Thathi, OMG, will absolutely lose her entire mind when she finds out her daughter is upstairs in that boy’s hands.

Gomora airs Mondays to Fridays at 19:30 on Mzansi Magic, channel 161.

The Shocking Fallout of Black Motion

Tensions have reportedly escalated.

They are one of South Africa’s most revered music duos.

Their discography packs both blockbuster club bangers and lush delights for lovers of House with a transcendental African sonic flair. And the explosive fallout of Black Motion, which has been splashed across the internet long before reaching the courts, has shocked many.

Loved for their electrifying live performances and awe-inspiring chemistry, Mörda and Smol have always seemed like musical soulmates. But that relationship seems to have reached a bitter end.

In 2022, rumours of their reported split triggered a frenzy on the internet. Following the uproar, the group’s members Bongani Mohosana, who now goes as Mörda, and Smol (real name Roy Thabo Mabogwane), jointly calmed fears that they had fallen out.

It had been said the break would be temporary, as Mörda moved to focus on the release of his solo studio album.

Far from it, it now seems. The parties have escalated things to court.

According to reports, Black Motions have confirmed that they had pressed charges against Mörda for alleged housebreaking and theft.

A court order by the High Court in Gauteng posted on social media has ordered Morda to “restore possession of a recording studio apparatus” to the group by 13 January, at 5pm.

Black Motion shared snaps of the alleged damage caused by Morda – a broken door and stolen equipment.

It looks like we won’t be getting a new Black Motion album with Mörda anytime soon.
