If you ever wanted to star in the Mzansi Magic’s hit telenovela, Isibaya, now is probably a great time to send your CV. The popular soapie has allegedly lost another actor who was part of the original cast, in Pallance Dladla. He starred as Jabulani Zungu, the son to the indestructible patriarch, Mpiyake Zungu. It is reported that Dladla stopped reporting for duty and didn’t give notice for his absence.
The show’s publicist, Karabo Maroga, quelled the fires, denying that Dladla was leaving.
“Pallance requested a break to go to the US for March and April to do an acting course and explore international contacts for his acting career. He did a similar thing in 2019. This was arranged through his agent MLA,” said Maroga.

If you go through his IG, he’s quarantining safely in California. While his alleged departure coincided with the spread to COVID-19; and the subsequent travel bans around the world, his expected to come back some time in May. Keep your eyes glued to the show every weekday to find out whether Jabu makes a return to your TV screens or not.
