Opening up about the role in a press release on Thursday morning, the actress and businesswoman bets that everyone can relate to Sarah. She also explained how the part landed on her lap.

So I went in to audition, and the Generations team was very welcoming so to me it just felt right. It was also perfect for me because it wasn’t too demanding at first, with my daughter only 2 months old when I started shooting.”

“Connie is like a big sister to me, so we never stopped communicating or seeing each other since our last project. Although we have not yet shot scenes together for Generations, I totally love working with her, we have lots of fun..”, she gushed.

‘I Don’t Have Time For Anything Else’: Jessica Nkosi Speaks On Her Acting
Jessica Nkosi speaks to QuenchSA.com exclusively about her character on Isibaya and how her rise to prominence has not changed the way she sees her role as Qondi.
‘It’s reading the entire script and then getting a back story. Getting the history of the character and it’s not getting it through asking the, producer, director and the writer but forming a story on my own, in my head. So if this girl is a certain way, why does she act like this? There must be a story from the top, so I usually use that and make up a story, make up a history for my characters and that way it gives me a way forward’, she explains.
Catch Qondi on Isibaya every week day at 20:30 on Mzansi Magic Dstv channel 161.
