And now for some pretty great news to give us something refreshing to look forward to in the coming year already – a new South African movie is already being prep to hit the theatres in February 2016!

Based on the novel by Cynthia Nozizwe Jele,¬†Happiness Is A Four Letter Word chronicles the lives of three young and happy women as they go on with their perfectly normal lives until a series of unfortunate events unravel and and smash the smokescreens of perfect success to smithereens. For one of them, an ex-fiance suddenly comes back into the picture while the another’s illicit affair runs the risk of exposure. The third of the girl’s perfect boyfriend’s secret life comes to light.

The film tells the captivating story of Nandi – a successful¬†lawyer, Zaza – a glamorous housewife and the fashion forward Princess, who runs an art gallery. Together the girls appear to epitomise the essence of the South African dream – success, money and thriving romantic relationships. Except, as they soon find out, “success doesn’t come with a manual”, and soon the ladies have to deal with the harsh realities of life not conforming to the ideal.
