Maps Maponyane will not be too impressed when he finds we have called him a nerd because it’s not 2010 anymore, being a nerd has once again lost its sex appeal. But we are sure everyone will stand with us on that one. The media personality turned actor turned designer has given his classy look the nerdy edge we never would have thunk it possibly needed.
It did. It works. And, his taste in impeccable form fitting suits and effortless casual street style have earned him the interests of a certain online fashion retail website, with whom he is now partnering for a clothing line due for the shelves sometime in the coming summer.
Although we are psyched for him and do hope we get the opportunity to finally stalk his normally striking wardrobe, well sort of, we happen to be amongst those who never slept on his great fashion sense.
Let’s take a look at 10 times that the Tell Me Sweet Something star proved he owns the nerd look without any rivals to give the run for his threads.
Admittedly, there were times when we could have sworn Maps was low key auditioning for Top Billing. There was a time when word was doing the rounds that he actually was already in talks to take on the premium lifestyle show’s presenting duties soon after Tell Me Sweet Something hit the theatres.
But it’s not just all blazers, otherwise people might start thinking you are one dimensional. Besides, you don’t want certain sporty brands to think they can’t have you be their brand ambassador. Not if you are Maps and make lots of money via modelling.

Pregnant Lootlove Debuts Adorable Twin Baby Bump Pics!
Fridays are usually reserved for the premiering of brand new music in South Africa. But while we were treated to our usual supply of fresh boops this afternoon, Lootlove’s baby bump snaps have easily melted way more hearts!

It’s a phenomenal time to be me. God and my ancestors came together for me and blessed me with something so wonderful! I’m pregnant!😆🤰🏾💁🏽♀️ I won’t lie! I’m shoooook! Haha! 😆 I always thought I was cool 🤣😋… and now to find out that I’m having twins makes me even cooler! I am carrying Hip and Hop 😋🤣 This is the most beautiful time of my life. Most precious. The scariest and the most exciting. I’m completely vulnerable and sensitive. I’m excited! I’m nervous but all that goes away when I feel weird little “gas bubbles” which I now know are little kicks because I’m carrying life. A reminder of the miracle and wonder that is God. ❤️ As “personalities”/“celebrities”, we are selfishly required to share every moment in our lives and when we don’t, we have people around us that we think we can trust, who gladly do it for us wether it hurts/compromises us and those we love or not. We constantly have vultures flying above us ready to share our private lives in the most non-emotional manner ever. You may forget but all I am is Human. Flesh and blood and nothing will ever change that and yes, my life is your entertainment, I get that, but try walk a mile in my shoes. The most important thing for me has been protecting my family, my persons family, his beautiful children and respecting tradition. My silence has had everything to do with making sure that everyone who matters has their moment with this, that they feel everything, from shock to happiness to curiosity to excitement, ALL OF IT, Alone, Without the rest of the country pitching in, hounding them/adding commentary/calling or harassing them etc. Its a beautiful time, it’s a sacred time, it’s OUR time. I am BEAMING! Here’s to LOVE. Here’s to forever with the greatest gifts of them all. P.S If you see me in the streets, please don’t touch my tummy… I will punch you in the throat! 😃😘 K thanks byeeeee ❤️🌻😍😃😇🤰🏾💁🏽♀️ 📸: @aust_malema 💃🏾: @siya_weloveher 💋: @preciousxabamakeup #LootLoveSquared👑
Also, she’s pregnant with twins, which “makes me cooler”, so there’s that.
The Media personality surprised fans when she shared the pictures of her sporting a baby bump on her Instagram page. The discernibly joyous mom to be has two cute faces drawn on her tummy for the twins, which she’s playfully referring to as Hip and Hop respectively.
Lootlove has been seeing Hip Hop artist Reason for a minute now, and the two have kept their romance below the radar and out of the press. That hasn’t stopped fans and celebrities from congratulating the couple on their looming bundles of joy!
Congrats Lootlove and Reason!
