Indeed, seeing local celebrities paint their timelines with all kinds of colours and prints for Heritage Day throughout Thursday was a refreshing sight. And we, being very vigilant in following the lives of those who make lots of money from looking like themselves, were rather overly excited to find out who decided to wear what as part of taking it back to the roots and celebrating their heritage. But while we loved all the beautiful garments and accessories put on display, we suddenly remembered that some stars do not always have to wait for a certain day to show pride in their tradition – no shade.

One such girl is the gorgeous Nomzamo Mbatha! Mbatha leaves not an opportunity to play around with her fashion choices and loves incorporating an authentic African touch to her look whenever she can. Dubbed by many as the ‘Zulu princess’, the Tell Me Sweet Something actress has proven many a time that she loves being an African woman. Here are some snaps adorning the interweb with a beautiful touch of Zulu fierceness .

The actress, who stars on Isibaya and Umlilo, is also the lead actress on local romantic comedy Tell Me Something. There, she stars alongside the likes of Maps Maponyane as a disillusioned writer who must reconcile her rocky romantic history with potential for new love. Earlier this year, she scored herself a pretty big gig as the face of global cosmetics brand Neutrogena. Nomzamo+Mbatha Screen Shot 2015-09-25 at 12.34.41 AM Screen Shot 2015-09-25 at 12.35.19 AM Screen Shot 2015-09-25 at 12.35.45 AM Screen Shot 2015-09-25 at 12.36.14 AM Screen Shot 2015-09-25 at 12.36.34 AM Screen Shot 2015-09-25 at 12.37.17 AM Screen Shot 2015-09-25 at 12.38.09 AM

Pregnant Lootlove Debuts Adorable Twin Baby Bump Pics!

Lootlove pregnant

Fridays are usually reserved for the premiering of brand new music in South Africa. But while we were treated to our usual supply of fresh boops this afternoon, Lootlove’s baby bump snaps have easily melted way more hearts!

It’s a phenomenal time to be me. God and my ancestors came together for me and blessed me with something so wonderful! I’m pregnant!😆🤰🏾💁🏽‍♀️ I won’t lie! I’m shoooook! Haha! 😆 I always thought I was cool 🤣😋… and now to find out that I’m having twins makes me even cooler! I am carrying Hip and Hop 😋🤣 This is the most beautiful time of my life. Most precious. The scariest and the most exciting. I’m completely vulnerable and sensitive. I’m excited! I’m nervous but all that goes away when I feel weird little “gas bubbles” which I now know are little kicks because I’m carrying life. A reminder of the miracle and wonder that is God. ❤️ As “personalities”/“celebrities”, we are selfishly required to share every moment in our lives and when we don’t, we have people around us that we think we can trust, who gladly do it for us wether it hurts/compromises us and those we love or not. We constantly have vultures flying above us ready to share our private lives in the most non-emotional manner ever. You may forget but all I am is Human. Flesh and blood and nothing will ever change that and yes, my life is your entertainment, I get that, but try walk a mile in my shoes. The most important thing for me has been protecting my family, my persons family, his beautiful children and respecting tradition. My silence has had everything to do with making sure that everyone who matters has their moment with this, that they feel everything, from shock to happiness to curiosity to excitement, ALL OF IT, Alone, Without the rest of the country pitching in, hounding them/adding commentary/calling or harassing them etc. Its a beautiful time, it’s a sacred time, it’s OUR time. I am BEAMING! Here’s to LOVE. Here’s to forever with the greatest gifts of them all. P.S If you see me in the streets, please don’t touch my tummy… I will punch you in the throat! 😃😘 K thanks byeeeee ❤️🌻😍😃😇🤰🏾💁🏽‍♀️ 📸: @aust_malema 💃🏾: @siya_weloveher 💋: @preciousxabamakeup #LootLoveSquared👑

Also, she’s pregnant with twins, which “makes me cooler”, so there’s that.

The Media personality surprised fans when she shared the pictures of her sporting a baby bump on her Instagram page. The discernibly joyous mom to be has two cute faces drawn on her tummy for the twins, which she’s playfully referring to as Hip and Hop respectively.

Lootlove has been seeing Hip Hop artist Reason for a minute now, and the two have kept their romance below the radar and out of the press. That hasn’t stopped fans and celebrities from congratulating the couple on their looming bundles of joy!

Congrats Lootlove and Reason!
