We’ve started wondering whether Katlego Danke will be joining the Ashes To Ashes line up as well. And according to some subtle hints and with a bit of digging, we think she actually might!
We talked about the show’s cast last week. Read that HERE. But to sum things up; a group of actors from pre-hiatus Generations actors have come together on an upcoming telenovela called Ashes To Ashes.
While no official word has been released to confirm our suspicions as yet, we’ve good reason to believe that the talented Danke, who we miss fatally for her role as ‘Dineo’ on Generations before the major drama which saw the entire cast getting instant marching orders from the show’s creator Mfundi Vundla, will be hopping on board.
1. She was part of the cast that was fired with immediate effect. And we have gathered that many of the actors who are now on Ashes To Ashes are members of this group.
2. She has been retweeting tweets from fans asking her whether or not she will be part of the show.

3. She also retweeted a promo from Nambitha’s account about an Ashes To Ashes promo that went on air on Sunday evening.

Now we don’t know how familiar you are with all things social media, but major stars do not promote shows that they are not affiliated with unless they are supporting them one way or another. We think something is up!

‘I Don’t Have Time For Anything Else’: Jessica Nkosi Speaks On Her Acting
Jessica Nkosi speaks to QuenchSA.com exclusively about her character on Isibaya and how her rise to prominence has not changed the way she sees her role as Qondi.
‘It’s reading the entire script and then getting a back story. Getting the history of the character and it’s not getting it through asking the, producer, director and the writer but forming a story on my own, in my head. So if this girl is a certain way, why does she act like this? There must be a story from the top, so I usually use that and make up a story, make up a history for my characters and that way it gives me a way forward’, she explains.
Catch Qondi on Isibaya every week day at 20:30 on Mzansi Magic Dstv channel 161.
Mixed Emotions: Qondi & Bhekifa’s White Wedding (Pics)
Mzansi Magic’s Isibaya turned up the furnace last week Friday with a tragedy filled wedding day. See pics inside.
Mzansi Magic‘s captivating telenovela Isibaya has done it again. Fraught with much drama and intrigue, the show delivered a wedding of note last week Friday. It was the culmination of Qondi’s selfless decision to marry Bhekifa in order to save the Zungu family from impending death. A white wedding, love triangle situation, shooting of a lover all cramped into a single episode. Brilliant television!
fairy tale nightmare white wedding, it finally sunk in that Qondi was officially marrying Bhekifa and her former lover was shot. One hell of a roller coaster ride!
Tune in to Isibaya on weekdays at 20:30, on Mzansi Magic (DStv channel 161) for more cliffhangers.
